ORDER

The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.67 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent, has filed this petition seeking transfer of investigation.

2.The petitioner has made certain allegations as against the respondent Police and has also relied on the previous incidents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the investigation in Cr.No.67 of 2025 has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.

4.In view of the above submission, there is no question of transfer of investigation. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to verify with regard to the manner in which the final report was filed.
