ORDER

In this civil revision petition, the first petitioner is no more and the sole respondent also passed away. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the matter was adjourned to take steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the aforesaid persons.

2.Today, when the matter is called, Mr.M.Subbiah, learned counsel for the petitioner would report the Court that the second petitioner has orally informed him that he is not pursuing the revision petition.

3.Considering the fact that the sole respondent is no more and steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal heirs, this civil revision petition stands abated as against the sole respondent. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
