Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute relating to the petitioner and further not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute relating to the petitioner and further not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as civil in nature. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
