The petitioner has preferred the Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.400 of 2014 in O.S.No.268 of 2009 dated 07.08.2014 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tenkasi.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the suit in O.S.No.268 of 2009 was dismissed on 01.12.2014 and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
