The Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents Nos.2 to 5 to remove the encroachments in the area earmarked for Public Park in the DTCP approved lay out in 84/81 in Sy.No.434/2A, 2C of Kulavanigarpuram Village, Palayamkottai Region. 2/4

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition without collecting the particulars about the layout approval, the details of the promoter and the encroachers. In the said circumstances, this Court is unable to entertain the Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of necessary particulars. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court after collecting the necessary particulars, including the encroachers. No costs.
