ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order dated 15.09.2014 passed in I.A.No.945 of 2014 in I.A.No.665 of 2012 in O.S.No.161 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit in O.S.No.161 of 2012, after full trial, on 06.12.2019.

3. In such view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
