PRAYER in all W.Ps: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order Na.Ka.No.413/2025/A1, dated 24.06.2025 and quash the same. For petitioner : Mr. J.Vishnu (in all W.Ps) For respondents : Mr.J.Parekh Kumar (in all W.Ps) Standing Counsel ***** COMMON ORDER By this common order, these Writ Petitions are disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the respective petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respective respondent.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respective respondent submits that no further shops are available in the location where the respective petitioners seek for a relief. However, the respective petitioners can be accommodated from 12 shops, which have been built near Sakaraikulam Municipal Office.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respective respondent further submits that the shops will be allotted by the end of the day and the respecvie 2/4

petitioners can move to the latest place by day after tomorrow.

4. Hence, it is open to the respective petitioners to apply for the same. The respective petitioners shall, however, vacate the present premises.

5. Recording the above submissions the learned Standing Counsel for the respective respondent, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
