(MD) No.690 of 2024 order dated 28.04.2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 9383 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 690 of 2024 on 28.04.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to stay at Dharapuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Dharapuram Town Police Station, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. As his avocation is affected, he prays to relax the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5510 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD) No.690 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Dharapuram Town Police Station, on the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of appeal. 2/4
