ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The third respondent herein is figuring as accused in Crime No.10 of 2019 registered on the file of the District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi.

3. The third respondent filed Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16467 of 2019 seeking anticipatory bail. Vide order dated 13.11.2019 anticipatory bail was granted, since the third respondent undertook to deposit a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.9909 of 2021 sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.10 of 2019. Till date the third respondent has not complied with the said condition. Therefore, the order dated 13.11.2019 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16467 of 2019 is set aside.

4. This petition is allowed on these terms.
