ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner has given a representation dated 29.07.2022 before the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
