the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this Writ Petition, in view of the fact that the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.23865 of 2023, dated 29.09.2023 in which, the impugned order in C.No.A5/25529/2021, dated 28.10.2021, passed by the second respondent came to be quashed. 2.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
