[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu seeking direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to produce her son V.Shanmughasundaram, S/o.Veeraiah, aged about 38 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner as well as the detenu appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing from the Public Prosecutor Office. On enquiry, the detenu would state that after demise of his wife, he was disturbed and hence, he was away from the petitioner and now, he is ready to go with the petitioner and take care of his mother, the petitioner herein.

3. In the light of the above statement of the detenue, no further adjudication is required in this habeas corpus petition and hence, this petition is closed.
