The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent had secured the detenue/ daughter of the petitioner and handed her over to the petitioner herein and additionally, he has also made the following endorsement :

" I may be permitted to withdraw the HCO since the missing girl is secured from the third respondent and handed over to the petitioner ."

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
