Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2.The first defendant in O.S.No.117 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam is the revision petitioner herein. The suit for partition. The petitioner filed I.A.No.3 of 2024 under Order VII Rule 11 of Civil Procedure Code for rejection of plaint. The only request made in this civil revision petition is for expeditious disposal of the said I.A. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The learned Sub Judge, Thirumangalam is directed to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
