ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.07.2021 under the criminal law in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs.Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have already issued summons to the petitioner to appear before the fourth respondent on 02.09.2022 and for production of the necessary records and that the fourth respondent may be directed to complete the enquiry within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/4

3.In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.07.2021 in the light of the guidelines issued in the decision in Lalita Kumari Vs.Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and complete the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
