2. When the matter came up for hearing on 23.11.2020, it was represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he had handed over the bundle to the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and post the matter on 07.12.2020 i.e., today.
3. Today, the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list. However, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents are present and submitted that these Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous.
5. Recording the said submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
