ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.69 of 2021, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner Company had committed misappropriation of their raw materials causing loss to the extent of Rs.35 lakhs. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Company submits that defacto complainant has used his influence with the police to lodge a false and frivolous complaint against the petitioner Company and it had been falsely implicated in this case. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that this is the second anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 29.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10591 of 2021.
5. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, and since there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
