This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2022 as expeditiously as possible within the period as prescribed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have received the petitioner's representation recently and that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the second respondent police and furnish the particulars about one Murugapandi. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and furnish the particulars sought for and on such appearance, the second respondent police is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
