As there was no representation for the petitioners on 05.10.2023, this revision was directed to be posted today 'for dismissal'. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No.1 to 3 submits that the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, itself was disposed of by decree and judgment dated 29.03.2023.

3. In view of the above, in the considered opinion of this Court, the revision has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
