This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the quantum of maintenance amount fixed by the learned II Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai in I.A.No.267 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2014, dated 23.04.2018.

2.Today(24.08.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has submitted the case details, which reveals that the main H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2014 itself was disposed of on 17.06.2022. 3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of the trial Court in I.A.No.267 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2014, dated 23.04.2018 and the grant of Rs.20,000/- towards maintenance to the petitioner is hereby confirmed. The petitioner is entitled for the aforesaid maintenance amount, from the date of petition till the date of disposal of H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2014.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
