When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Execution Petition in E.P.No.118 of 2009 in O.S.NO. 644 of 1977 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai is already disposed of. In view of the same, the connected E.A.No.7 of 2014 is also closed and therefore, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
