ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the interim orders of this Court made in W.M.P.(MD)No.14509 of 2022 in W.P.(MD)No.19916 of 2022, dated 26.08.2022.

2. A perusal of the order impugned in the writ petition indicates that the petitioner has challenged the recovery of the special grade pay alleged to have been paid in excess to him. The averments in the present contempt petition reveal that the petitioner has not been paid the increments after the impugned order. Therefore, the interim order granted by this Court has nothing to do with payment or non payment of the increments. There is no violation of the orders of this Court.
