This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first Respondent to transfer the investigation from the file of the second Respondent Police herein in Crime No.353 of 2022 to any other competent Officers.

2. There is no representation for the Petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that after investigation final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dingidal as 'Mistake of Fact' and RCS notice is also served on the defacto complainant through registered post.

4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
