ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders under the caption "extension of time" on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.10.12.2020 and a letter received from the District Judge,Karur in D.No.4245 dt.1.12.2021. And upon in the presence of Thiru.M.Subash Babu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. V.Balaji, Advocate for the respondent 1, this Court made the following order:

This matter has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2.In the earlier letter dated 16.07.2021, seeking extension of time, the learned District Judge, Karur, has not pointed out the fact that the records had not been received. However, in his recent letter dated 01.12.2021, seeking extension of time, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the learned District Judge, Karur, is unable to dispose of the matter, since the lower Court records are yet to be received.

3.In view of the above, direction is issued to the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Karur, to forthwith send all the records relating to E.A.No.67 of 2009 in E.P.No.60 of 2007 to the learned Principal District Judge, Karur.
