2.The petitioner challenges the order of suspension. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader informs the Court that the impugned order of suspension has been revoked vide proceedings dated 22.09.2022 and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
