ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15390 of 2025 in 1/4

Crl.A.(MD)No.1143 of 2025 dated 07.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner, while regularly complying with the condition No.7(ii), by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., has not complied with the condition No.7(iii), as he has not filed an affidavit of undertaking along with the sureties before the respondent Police that he will not involve in any offence in future and he will not misuse the liberty granted by this Court.

3. Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition No. 7(iii), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 01.07.2026 ogy Note: Issue order copy on 03.07.2026 2/4
