This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11315 of 2023 on 23.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the condition that was imposed upon the petitioner is to appear before the respondent police daily for a period of two weeks only. Thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. But, he has not comply the above said condition even for a single day.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 80 years and also taking treatment for Atrial Fibrillation and for irregular heart beat. Hence, he is not in position to comply the above said condition. 4.Such sort of contention cannot be taken into account at this stage. Let him comply the condition strictly.
