ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to receive and register the sale deed dated 14/03/2018 executed by the petitioner in favour of one Mrs.P.Amala in respect of the property in RS No.151/1 measuring an extent of 3 acres and 4 cents in Kovilamkulam Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that the writ petition has become infructuous as on date, as the document has been registered vide Doc.No.5331 of 2023. 3.Under these circumstances, the Writ Petition stands closed with a direction to the respondent to hand over the registered document to the petitioner forthwith. No costs.
