Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue appropriate writs, orders or directions and in particular the writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to revise the pension benefits and pension arrears etc with effect from 01.01.2016 and payment of the monetary benefit with effect from 01.10.2017 to till the date of payment at the rate of 12% per annum payable for the said
