ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.13 of 2021 dated 20.09.2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, AWPS Valliyoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the first respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation since prima facie materials available as against the petitioner they filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Radhapuram and the same was taken on file.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and no materials available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report.
