ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order dated 18.02.2014 made in I.A.No.36 of 2013 in O.S.No.105 of 2010 on the file of Sub-Court, Kulithalai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the main suit in O.S.No.105 of 2010 has been decreed and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
