ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 21.02.2014 passed in I.A.No.672 of 2013 in O.S.No.7 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit in O.S.No.7 of 2011 on 12.01.2015.

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek appropriate legal remedy. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
