For Respondent : Mr.R.Erottuchamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 1346 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 83(2) of Juvenile Justice Act, in Crime No.1346 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that there was quarrel between the accused and the defacto complainant in respect of parking of vehicle and the accused assaulted the defacto complainant by stabbing with knife on his back. Hence, the case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Accused Nos.2 and 5 were enlarged on bail. The injured person was discharged from the hospital and the petitioner has no intention to commit the offence.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is having six previous cases. 6.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is having only three previous cases but according to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petitioner is having six previous cases. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner and the nature of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
