RAMESHKUMAR.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor,on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8012 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.430 of 2022, dated 14.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court till now. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10410 of 2022 4.Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8012 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.430 of 2022, dated 14.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
