Contending that the direction for survey given by this Court has not been complied with, the present contempt petition came to be filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on 28.08.2023 survey was conducted in respect of survey No.4/2B and 3B and that four boundaries have also been shown to the petitioner. However, survey could not be conducted in respect of survey No.4/3A2 as it does not belong to the petitioner.

3. The first respondent is directed to serve survey report along with sketch and also inform the petitioner that survey could not be conducted in respect of survey No.4/3A2. With this direction to the first respondent, this contempt petition is closed.
