O R D E R

This petition is filed to modify the condition that 'the petitioners/A5 and A6 are directed to appear and sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.00 a.m, until further orders' imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2657 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, dated 18.08.2022.

2.The Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, has granted bail to the petitioner/A6 on 18.08.2022 with a condition that the petitioners A5 & A6 should appear and sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.

3.The grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is residing at Bengaluru. Because of that and due to medical illness, he is not in a position to comply the condition. Hence, he moved modification petition before the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.2728 of 2022 and that was dismissed on 25.08.2022. Hence, he come forward with this modification petition. 2/4

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in 10 days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. In respect of other conditions, the order of the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, shall remain unaltered. 5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
