ORDER
Both the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the respondents are present today. Heard the learned Counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

The learned Counsels for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that this Civil Revision Petition has been preferred as against the orders passed by the Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar in I.A.No.70 of 2014 in O.S.No.63 of 2008 which was one for seeking the permission of the trial Court to receive the additional written statement of the first defendant and that came to be allowed on 07.10.2014. Challenging the same, this Civil Revision Petition is filed. 2/4
However, when this case was called up for hearing, both the learned Counsels for the petitioner and the respondents submitted that this Civil Revision Petitioner may be given the liberty to challenge whatever they have raised in this revision at the time of trial in O.S.No.63 of 2008 and the trial Court may be given a direction to complete the trial in O.S.No. 63 of 2008 and pronounce the judgment as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 03.03.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No BTR 3/4
