2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of these Civil Revision Petitions, the trial Court has dismissed the petition in S.F.C.O.P.No.73 of 1993 for default on 09.09.2014.

3. In such view of the matter, these Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
