Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.6 of 2020, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli city and quash the same as against the petitioner. ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.6 of 2020, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli city and quash the same as against the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the investigation that has been undertaken in this matter, further action has been dropped and RCS Notice has been served upon the defacto complainant.

3.Since further action has been dropped, this petition has become infructuous and accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
