ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.02.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today (10.03.2022), none appeared for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

2.Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
