ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed by the defendants in the suit in O.S.No.26 of 2013 challenging the order passed in I.A.No.19 of 2014, in and by which, the learned District Munsif, Vilathikulam, had appointed an Advocate Commissioner to measure the suit property and submit his report.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff would submit that he has no objection to the revision petition being ordered. However, he seeks to have a direction for early disposal of the suit. He would also submit that the issues in the suit have been framed as early as in the year 2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ _________

C.R.P.(MD) No.2412 of 2014 3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the order dated 15.10.2014 passed in I.A.No.19 of 2014 in O.S.No.26 of 2013 is set aside. The learned District Munsif, Vilathikulam, shall endeavour to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.26 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
