O R D E R
The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher appointed in the fourth respondent School seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent to approve her appointment.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, though the School has forwarded the proposal to the Management and submitted all the relevant records, the second respondent is yet to pass orders.
3. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the second respondent has proceeded to pass orders, in case, if they find that there are no surplus Secondary Grade 2/4
Teachers in the Corporate Management for the academic year 2023 - 2024.
4. Considering the above said facts, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
