Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/r.SIVABALAN.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (CRL SIDE) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7792 of 2021 in Crl.O.P (MD)No.11431 of 2021, dated 06.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7792 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11431 of 2021, dated 06.10.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
