When the matters are called up for hearing, it is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that pending these Civil Revision Petitions, the proceedings in O.S.No.73 of 2002 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, was dismissed on 23.08.2022 and therefore nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions.

2. Recording the above submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
