Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr No. 24 of 2019 dated 26.01.2019 on the file of the 3rd Respondent police to some other impartial investigation agency.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 24 of 2019 dated 26.01.2019 on the file of the 3rd Respondent police to some other impartial investigation agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the third respondent has completed investigation and they about to file final report.

3. In view of the above submission, at this stage the transfer of investigation would affect the entire investigation and therefore, it cannot be considered. However, the third respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD).No. 13536 of 2019 is directed to complete the investigation and file final report, within a period of Eight (8) weeks, from the date of a receipt of copy of the order before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate.

4. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
