ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8493 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8493 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 and enlarged the petitioner herein on anticipatory bail. He further submits that this petitioner has working as daily wager and he is the only breadwinner of his family. The petitioner has filed modification petition before this Court in Crl.MP.(MD).No.7273 of 2025 and the same was allowed by an order dated 13.06.2025. Due the filing of the above modification petition and the health condition of the petitioner, he could not able to surrender and execute sureties within the time period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8493 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. 2/4

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
