ORDER

Despite several adjournments were given, the petitioner did not cooperate for the disposal this revision petition. It is noticed that the attitude shows that this petition is to drag on the proceedings. Earlier on 24.01.2019, this Court directed the matter to be posted "for dismissal" on 25.01.2019. However, when the matter was listed on 25.01.2019, on the representation of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the caption was removed and the Office was directed to post the matter during 1st week of February'2019.

2.Even thereafter, when the matter was listed on 20.07.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even thereafter, at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the matter was subsequently adjourned on few occasions. Having regard to the conduct of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, when a representation was made for adjournment on behalf of the revision petitioner during mentioning time, adjournment was refused to the learned Counsel for the petitioner on 17.09.2020. Thereafter, when the revision petition was called, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "either for dismissal or for disposal on merits".

C.R.P.(PD)(MD)No.2480 of 2018 3.When the matter is listed today under the caption "either for dismissal or for disposal on merits", there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss this revision petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there is no order as to costs.
