This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the ex-parte order passed in E.P.No.42 of 2010 in O.S.No.6 of 2006 dated 29.11.2013, on the file of the Sub-Judge, Kulithalai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
