2. The petitioner was granted relief under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. vide Order dated 30.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14772 of 2021. The petitioner however did not surrender within the stipulated time. Hence, this petition for extension of time has been filed.

3. The petitioner through his counsel undertakes to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for PCR), Karur on 03.12.2021. The petitioner also undertakes to comply with the requirements set out in Section 15(A) of the SC/ST Act.
