This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the case as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram passed in Cr.M.P.No.3321 of 2019, dated 21.06.2019 within the stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, in Cr.M.P.No.3321 of 2019, dated 21.06.2019, the respondent registered a case in Crime No.21 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 469, 471 and 420 of I.P.C. as against the accused persons.
